Dave Zehnder (owner) has been serving the community in the painting industry for 20+ years. In 1984 Dave began his career hanging wallpaper in Sacramento, became journeyman while painting along the way. In 1996 Dave spent some time estimating with a large Sacramento painting firm. In 2001 Dave returned to the field and started A2Z Painters in 2003 and has been providing high quality interior and exterior finishes as well as faux finishes ever since.

We start with a complete preparation process to insure highest quality finish product…

•  Pressure wash to clean surface for best paint adhesion.

•  Scrape, sand, wire brush to remove any loose or peeling paint

•  Spot prime to seal bare wood.

• Wood binder to reduce checking

• Caulking to fill joints and cracks

• Two coats of high quality 100% Acrylic paint on all surfaces to accomplish a high quality long lasting (10 year limited warranty) finish.
